Beta access requests
When you submit the beta form, Kochura Systems receives your name, work email, company or freelance status, optional portfolio URL, number of apps or bots, current hosting method, hosting challenges, approximate monthly hosting spend, and answer about the proposed beta price.
We use these answers to evaluate beta fit, understand hosting needs and contact you about Kochura Deploy. Submitting a request does not guarantee beta access.
Storage and notifications
Requests are stored in a database on our VPS. Access is limited to server operators. We may send an internal email notification about a new request when mail delivery is configured; a mail failure does not remove the saved request. We have not set a fixed retention period for beta requests yet.
Data minimization
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, production environment variables, client secrets or other sensitive credentials through the beta form.
Infrastructure disclosure
Deployment regions will be disclosed before onboarding.
